MCP importer suite & manifest-driven registry

Any OpenAPI spec, WSDL/SOAP service, Postman collection, gRPC service, AsyncAPI event stream, git repository, or knowledge base can now become an MCP server from a short manifest file, served by a shared runtime host and discoverable in the Marketplace through servers.json.

• One manifest format and runtime host for all of them
• servers.json registry with remote-reference support and marketplace integration
