Terms of Service

By accessing or using the QuickDeploy AI platform and website (quickdeploy.ai) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and QuickDeploy AI, Inc. ("QuickDeploy AI", "we", "us"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

Use of the service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform operation.

Acceptable use

Without limiting the above, you must not:

  • use the Service, or AI agents and capabilities deployed through it, to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate malware, or harass, defraud, or harm others;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, usage metering, credit accounting, or other gateway and platform safeguards;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except through our published responsible-disclosure process;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties as a competing offering without our written agreement; or
  • impose an unreasonable load on the platform or disrupt other customers' use of it.

We may suspend or throttle workloads that violate this section to protect the platform and other customers.

Plans, pricing, and credits

Current plans and pricing are described on our pricing page. The free tier includes an advertised allowance of included credits; paid plans include a larger credit allowance and additional features. Credits are consumed by metered usage of the platform (such as compute, storage, and requests). When metered usage produces a fractional credit amount, the amount deducted from your balance is rounded up to the next whole credit. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money except where the law requires.

Billing and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Your payment card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us. Prices may change; we will give you advance notice of price changes, which take effect at your next renewal.

Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, per your plan) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable, and credits that have been consumed are not refunded. Where a refund is appropriate (for example, an extended outage attributable to us), we may issue a pro-rata refund or credit at our discretion. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Intellectual property

All platform code, design, and content is owned by QuickDeploy AI, Inc. unless otherwise stated. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licences.

Your content

You retain ownership of the configuration, deployment definitions, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, run, and operate that content in order to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your content and for the output and behavior of AI agents and capabilities you deploy.

Beta features and disclaimer of warranties

Features identified as beta, preview, or early access are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL BETA FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickDeploy AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the platform. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you have paid us nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above; for material changes we will give you advance notice (such as by email or an in-product notice). Changes apply going forward, and your continued use of the Service after they take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
